Jeff Finnin is CoreSite's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Finnin brings more than 23 years of experience to CoreSite and is responsible for the company's accounting and financial activities.
Prior to joining CoreSite, Mr. Finnin spent five years with ProLogis as Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer, where he was responsible for overall corporate policies on accounting and finance. Additionally, Mr. Finnin was directly involved with ProLogis acquisitions, dispositions and capital market transactions. Mr. Finnin has also served as a Partner with KPMG and Arthur Andersen, where he was Industry Lead Partner for the Financial Services and Real Estate practices in Denver. In these roles, he gained extensive experience with SEC regulations, acquisitions, stock mergers, roll-up transactions, divestitures, public offerings and spin-offs.
Mr. Finnin currently serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Mr. Finnin is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
