Dominic Tobin
Senior Vice President, Operations
Dominic Tobin is Senior Vice President of CoreSite based at the company’s regional offices in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Tobin is responsible for the company’s operations activities, including all Any2 related initiatives, at every CoreSite data center across the United States.
Prior to joining CoreSite, Mr. Tobin spent fifteen combined years at First Level Technology and AT&T, where he held roles of increasing responsibility including Field Operations Director and District Manager. Areas of focus included management of regional operations teams, multi-million dollar budget accountability, and operations assistance across multiple IT disciplines.
Mr. Tobin has also developed an extensive knowledge of voice, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, outside plant, data center facilities and operations, Microsoft Offices, HTML, network management, leadership, performance management, labor relations, and conflict resolution over his 20 years in operations.
Mr. Tobin obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Golden Gate University. He also received a Network Management Certificate from UC Santa Cruz Extension and was a First Class Electronics Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard.
