Option 1: Visit the MyCoreSite online customer portal and submit either a remote hands request or trouble ticket.

Option 2: Call +1 866.777.CORE (2673) and select “2” for the operations department and then select “2” again for the 24-hour Operations Support Center (OSC)

Option 3: Call +1 866.777.CORE (2673) and select “9” for the emergency menu and then select “9” again for the emergency operator
