There is no direct cost to participate in the CloudCommunity. However, participants must meet CoreSite’s insurance requirements. CloudCommunity is a test environment and is not for revenue-generating activities.
Before any organization can participate in the CloudCommunity, a member must sign a Non Commercial Operating (NCO) license. This document protects CoreSite against the violation of our general data center rules and regulations and spells out the length of term of the membership.

InfoRelay is the official bandwidth sponsor for CoreSite's CloudCommunity. Participants may receive up to 100 MBPS per region for free compliments of InfoRelay Online Systems. Bandwidth agreements will be handled through InfoRelay.
Remote hands and other CoreSite services are available, however, they are not free of charge to participants. When ordering services via the MyCoreSite portal, customers will be alerted that the services being ordered are "fee-based" to prevent any unintended billing.
