CoreSite's Operations Support Center, or "OSC," monitors the health of all CoreSite data centers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The OSC team proactively manages power reliability, temperature, humidity, network elements and security. A professional monitoring team allows us to respond to issues better and faster than more commonly-used passive approaches.

24-Hour Emergency Procedures
If you are experiencing an emergency, please follow the below procedures:
Option 1: Submit a trouble ticket or remote hands request to the OSC via MyCoreSite, our customer portal.
Option 2: If you do not have Internet or CoreSite portal access you may call +1 866.777.CORE and select “9” for the emergency menu, and then “9” again where an emergency answering service will take and forward your information to the CoreSite OSC.
