We assign a dedicated Sales Support Manager to guide each new customer through the move-in process.
Our certified and experienced Operations and Facilities teams provide assistance and consultation supporting the design and installation of customer deployments. These teams offer advice on best practices, provide contacts from our extensive vendor list across the country, and assist in designing optimal data center layouts, coordinating deployment timelines, completing electrical installations.
Every new customer receives a detailed Move-In Package that contains detailed policies and procedures at the data center, emergency procedures, and contacts.
Our Operations and Facilities teams work 24/7/365. CoreSite provides the following four ways for customers to request immediate support:
Option 1: Submit a Trouble Ticket via the MyCoreSite, our customer portal
Option 2: E-mail CoreSite at Emergency@CoreSite.com
Option 3: Call +1 866.777.CORE and select “9” for the emergency menu, and then “9” again for the emergency operator
