The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) enables eligible CoreSite customers to take advantage of the tax exemption program:
- 6% Virginia retail sales and use tax exemption
- Eligible toward the purchase of IT equipment and enabling software
- Applicable for purchases made through June 30, 2035

Illinois Data Center Tax Incentive Details
The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (ILDCEO) enables eligible CoreSite customers to take advantage of the tax exemption program:
- 10.25% Illinois sales tax exemption
- Eligible toward the purchase of IT equipment(including maintenance) and enabling software
- Applicable for purchases made through August 2040
